Take notice that the application is being made by: AFAS The Core Ltd & Fusion Global Management LLP
For Planning Permission to: Demolition of the existing building and the erection of new buildings to accommodate retail and community uses at ground floor and purpose-built student accommodation at upper floors together with associated access, accessible parking, cycle parking, landscaping, drainage and reinstatement works to boundary of adjoining multi-storey car park.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Leeds City Council

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
