DC/23/1930/FUL - Conversion and extension of former bakery to a dwelling. Conversion of annexe into ancillary accommodation and new open fronted single storey cart lodge. Demolition of redundant metal framed dutch barn, single storey storage building, at Gelham Hall, Gelham Hall Road, Wickham Market.

Reason for advertising: Affects Setting of Listed Building.

DC/23/2948/FUL - Conversion of a disused Dutch barn into a five bedroom residential property for holiday let, and the replacement of a derelict piggery building with a new two bedroom mobile holiday cabin, at The Dutch Barn, Borretts Farm Lane, Kettleburgh.

Reason for advertising: Public Right of Way Affected.

DC/23/2960/FUL - Installation of three air source heat pumps on roof plant room. Wall mounted (North and West) elevations. The roof planned room is located in a central position on the (flat, parapet) roof. Renewal of planning consent granted 8th July 2020 by East Suffolk Council. No change to installations proposals, at 48 High Street, Saxmundham.
