What is planned?

The following planning applications have been received. Copies can be viewed at Stroud District Council's offices at Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, GL5 4UB during office hours. Applications can also be viewed on the Council's website at www.stroud.gov.uk/planning.

Alteration of access to second floor. B (5,7). S.23/0989/LBC & S.23/9980/FUL Mr Spence-Jones & Ms Richards, Greenhay Farm, Coombe, Proposed alterations, modifications and refurbishment of farmhouse and existing barns including installation of render, alterations to fenestration, conversion of barn and erection of greenhouse and internal alterations. (2,5,7).

S.23/1549/HH0LD Mr & Mrs Sennitt, 3 Orchard Street, Replacement single story rear extension and erection of linked extension. Replacement chimney and roof tiles. (5,7).
S.23/1552/FUL Messrs Lewis, Bradley And Levine, Land To The Rear Of 5 The Green, Uley, New vehicular access and parking area and associated landscaping works (7).
