What is planned?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P1145.23, 216-218 Main Road, Romford. Change of Use of ground floor from retail shop Use Class E(a) to Restaurant and Take Away Use Class E(b), installation of extraction flue systems, internal, and external alterations. Opening hours Mon-Thurs 8am-11pm, Fri-Sat 8am-12am, Sunday and Bank Holidays 9am-10:30pm.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1182.23, 45 Balgores Lane, Romford. Replacement timber windows to property.

The development is in a Conservation Area

P1230.23, 4 Monks Farm Cottages, St Marys Lane, Upminster. 2 x Single storey rear infill extensions and relocation of side window.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
