Proposed Development - Engineering operations including the importation of inert soil/stone to level ground for improved agricultural access at Heys Farm, Dean Lane, Whalley

I give notice that Mr Mark Ireland is applying to the Lancashire County Council for the above development.

The proposed development is in green belt and may affect the setting of a listed building – Heys Farmhouse.
