What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT
MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
23/1184/FH - The Nook, Canterbury Road, Etchinghill, Folkestone, CT18 8DE - Proposed weatherboarding finish to north elevation to replace existing finish.
23/1152/FH - Little Owl Barn, Pedlinge, Hythe, CT21 4JJ - Erection of new stable buildings (36 boxes) with associated service area and facilities, including lorry muck out ramp and underground water storage tank, to serve equestrian business.
23/1126/FH - Black Horse Caravan Site, 385 Canterbury Road, Densole, Folkestone, CT18 7BG - Proposed redevelopment works which includes new roads, 101No. all-weather pitches and the demolition of the existing toilet blocks with construction of a replacement toilet block to the centre of the site. A relocation and enlargement of the existing storage compound.
23/1067/FH - Doghouse Farm, Stone Street, Petham, Canterbury, CT4 5PU - Retrospective application for siting of one static caravan and erection of barn
23/1172/FH - 120 High Street, Hythe, CT21 5LE - Internal alterations & alterations to fenestration to provide 2 no holiday lets. Ammendment to existing approved single holiday let as approved as per applications 22/0497/FH & 22/0498/FH.
Y19/1157/FH - Allendale, Dungeness Road, Dungeness, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9ND - Retention of single storey rear extension and new single storey side extension.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
