3. Major Application. 23/00796/REM. Applicant: City of Wolverhampton Council. Proposed development/ works: Reserved matters application pursuant to approved outline application no. 22/00368/OUT redevelopment of the site to contain the Wholesale Market, Council Vehicle Fleet Depot and Workshop. Matters to be considered: Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale at Wholesale Market, Hickman Avenue, WV1 2TX.
