We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

EIA - Application No. 01/2022/0523 - Graig Quarry, Graig Road, Denbigh. The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) 2017 - Regulation 24

Consolidating application for the extension of winning and working of limestone, importation of inert waste and restoration to amenity land.

LB - Application No. 47/2023/0517 - Bryn Bella, Tremeirchion, St. Asaph - Internal and external alterations to The Coach House (Listed Building application).

LB - Application No. 02/2023/0507 - The Myddleton Arms, 10 St. Peter's Square, Ruthin - Internal alterations, installation of rooflight and provision of external bar area to existing covered area (Listed Building application).
