Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.

TWC/2020/0680 including appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) to amend the site levels in accordance with national levels TWC/2023/0583 – Land adjacent/rear of Sharcott, Stackstones & The Grove, Shrewsbury Road, High Ercall – Outline application for up to 10no. self-build dwellings with all matters reserved

TWC/2023/0584 – Land south/west of Donnerville Drive, Admaston – Modification of layout, position, and appearance of Plot 5 of previously approved planning application TWC/2019/0503 (Erection of 5no. detached dwellings and garages with associated access, public open space and landscaping)

TWC/2023/0585 – The Society Public House, Stafford Street, Newport – Variation of condition 3 (deposited plans) of TWC/2022/0531 (Alterations to the stair access to form a lobby area: a new opening will be formed through the wall at this level to link the gallery areas on either side of it and a wall will be formed on the line of the present modern arcade set just inside the south- western edge of the gallery (Listed Building Application)) to allow amendments to previously approved plans to reduce the size of the proposed internal extension 

TWC/2023/0586 – Acorn Cottage, Kynnersley – Installation of 38no. Solar Panels to front and rear of garage roof

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 7 September 2023 (18 days for public service infrastructure development or 14 days for Permission In Principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. 

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
