What is planned?

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Proposed Development at Freemantles School Smarts

Heath Road, Mayford Green, Woking GU22 0AN SCC Property has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Demolition of existing quadrant buildings; erection of secondary and further education two storey school block erection of MUGA (multi-use games area), laying of hardstanding for playgrounds, reinstatement of playing fields, laying of hardstanding for car and minibus parking and associated works without compliance with Conditions 1 (plans condition), 3 (MUGA details) and 8 (landscape strategy) of Planning Permission ref: WO/2021/1086 dated 2 March 2023 to allow for amendments to building design, additional plant and details of landscaping and MUGA design (part retrospective).

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
