What is planned?

DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 

The following applications have been received by the Council:

 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 

These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building. 

P23/0947 – The Occupier for Reinstatement of decorative tile parapet, new shopfront with additional entrance and general repairs to the elevation at 101B, High Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 3AU. 

P23/0962 – The Occupier for Formation of a pedestrian link between Brierley Hill High Street and Little Cottage Street on vacant land with hard & soft landscaping and associated works. To include 2.4m high fencing to secure boundaries to adjacent adjoining properties and lighting and seating. Barrier treatments to carpark off Little Cottage Street and also carpark on corner of Little Cottage Street and Cottage Street, at Vacant Land between 110-120 High Street & Little Cottage Street, Brierley Hill, DY5 1RG. 

Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications should write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice. Please note that any comments made will be published in full on the Internet. When responding electronically, please send your comments as attachments if you do not wish your e-mail address or telephone number to be published. However, please include your name and address, the application number and site address in any correspondence/attachment sent to the Council. Additionally, you may consider excluding your signature on letters to remove any fears of signatures being copied or identity theft. Copies of all applications may be inspected between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at the Directorate of the Urban Environment or online at: www.dudley.gov.uk/planning H.
