AT: Land adj Great Mitton Hall Mitton Road Mitton BB7 9PQ FOR: Regularisation of creation of a wildlife pond. Application number: 3/2023/0336
AT: The Old Printworks 4a and 6a Back York Street Clitheroe BB7 1LT FOR: Change of use to three dwellings including demolition and rebuild of brick extension to create three storeys. Application number: 3/2023/0488
The application documents may be viewed in the Planning Department by appointment or via the website at: www.ribblevalley.gov.uk/planning-applications Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. You can comment online, by email or write to the Director of Development,
Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA quoting the application number. [For applications for Permission in Principle representations must be sent within 14 days]. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
