We are exploring the potential for a new energy storage facility at North Lanrigg Farm. This new
proposal would enable power to be stored and exported from the site to the electricity grid.
We are looking to engage with the local community and as part of our pre-application
consultation we are holding an exhibition to enable people to find out more about the proposal and to provide us with their views. Comments and feedback should be made by the 20th of September 2023 through the online comment form or to Greig Templeton, Planning Manager via email gt@ili-energy.com or by post to North Lanrigg Energy Storage, 33 Bothwell Road, Hamilton ML3 0AS.
Comments made to us are not formal representations to the Scottish Government. If we submit an application for consent, there will be an opportunity to make formal representation on the application to the Scottish Government.
