b) Erection of a two storey outbuilding with balcony to rear
following demolition of two existing outbuildings at

c) Erection of single storey extension to side at 3 Main
Street Bishop Wilton East YO42 1RX (Ref: 23/01716/PLF)
d) Erection of dwelling, construction of vehicle access and
associated works (Plot 2) at land north of Hall Farm
Leach Mask Lane Newton Upon Derwent YO41 4EB
(Ref: 23/01983/PLF)
Proposals (b,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,d) are departures from the approved
Development Plan of the area.
