Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:

Application No. 23/23/00006: Land at, Enmore Road, Durleigh, Bridgwater TA5 2AW. Formation of new wetland & woodland features to provide unproved habitats & reduce the load of coarse sediment by trapping & storing sediments upstream This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 05/23/00010: Rose Farm, Red Road, Berrow, Burnham on Sea TA8 2RW. Change of use of agricultural land to allow for caravan site extension, with siting of 96no. static caravans. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 24/23/00016: Land to the North of Old Bristol Road, East Brent, Highbridge TA9. Approval of the details of appearance, landscaping, layout, & scale, for the erection of 40no. dwellings. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 45/23/00018: Cannington Enterprises Ltd, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5. Retention of existing portal framed building & site as agricultural use, concrete forecourt area & existing access. This proposal is a major development.

Application No. 17/23/00046: Land North of Warrens Hill, Cheddar, BS27. Erection of an agricultural barn. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 08/23/00272: The Town Hall, 36-44 High Street, Bridgwater TA6 3AS. Installation of roof mounted photovoltaic system to the North & South elevations. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 08/23/00300: Electronic Telecommunications Apparatus, Adjacent to Kingdom Hall, on Land at, Quantock Terrace, Bridgwater TA6.

Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed: installation of a 15m high slim-line phase 9 monopole, supporting 6 no. antennas, 3 no. equipment cabinets & ancillary development thereto including 1 no. GPS module. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
