NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

L0005.23, Bower House, Amana Trust, Orange Tree Hill, Havering-atte-Bower, Romford.

Replacement of the existing fitted carpet covering throughout First and Second Floors and the Grand Staircase.

The development is in a Conservation Area

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

The development relates to a Listed Building.

L0006.23, Bower House, Amana Trust, Orange Tree Hill, Havering-atte-Bower, Romford.

Investigative opening up works to the interior of the west wing of the Grade 1 Listed Bower House. Structural repairs on the external brickwork of the west wing, repointing of the bay windows.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents. The development relates to a Listed Building.

Single storey rear extension, first floor extension with new roof structure at second floor to provide a loft conversion with dormer windows to both sides and rear terrace at roof level and solar panels, new front boundary treatment and front porch.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

Replacement of waste processing equipment.

P0995.23, Land at Baldwin's Farm, Bramble Road, Ockendon, Upminster.

Proposed engineering works to enable the re-profiling of a disused 30 acres' paddock utilising imported inert material using existing access and haul road off Bramble Lane to enable the restoration of the site to create 16 football pitches of various sizes with ancillary facilities comprising upto 400 carpark spaces, storage, and catering facilities.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1076.23, Chapmans Farm Riding Stables, Hall Lane, Upminster.

Outline planning permission for change of use of Building 2 to 9 from commercial livery yard to a mixture of Use Class E and B8, one new building to replace Building 1 that was destroyed by fire, parking, Photovoltaic panels to roofs of Building 3 and EV fast charging station for 2 cars.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

Demolition of the existing rear structure and erection of a single storey detached rear outbuilding for ancillary use.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1115.23, Plot 10, New Acres, Land north west of Benskins Lane, Romford.

Change of use of land for the creation of an 1 Gypsy/Traveller Pitch comprising the siting of 1 Static Caravan, 1 Touring Caravan, and erection of 1 dayroom, provision of ancillary works, alongside the formation of access.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

Replacement of existing timber flush casement windows and doors with new uPVC flush casement windows and doors.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1146.23, 76 Parkway, Romford.

Single storey rear extension and loft conversion with rear dormer window.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1149.23, 19 Brook Road, Romford.

Retrospective planning for proposed single storey side & rear extension, part two storey front, side & rear extension & front porch (As approved reference P0469.21). Existing windows have been replaced with black aluminium framed double glazed windows & porch design amended.

The development is in a Conservation Area.

P1150.23, Grove Farm, Brook Street, Brentwood.

Realignment of the vehicular egress from Grove Farm to slip road from the eastbound A12 to the anti-clockwise M25 at Junction 28 in connection with the M25 Junction 28 Improvement project.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1165.23, 20 Kent View, Wennington Road, Wennington, Rainham.

Proposed semi-detached dwellings to replace the pre-demolished homes (following fire damage).

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P1176.23, Noak Hill Sports Complex, Noak Hill Road, Romford.

Variation of condition No. 17 (Opening hours) of planning permission P0692.15 dated 28/08/2015 to permit a change to opening hours (Proposal: Alterations, adaptations and extension to existing sports halls and changing rooms to provide new changing facilities, cafe area, community space etc. together with the provision of new 3G football pitch, Multi Use Games Area, external play and exercise areas, associated boundary treatment and general landscaping works) Location: The Broxhill Centre Broxhill Road, Havering-atte-Bower, Romford.

The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.
