Horsebridge Avenue, Intended Demolition

NOTICE IS NOW GIVEN

That Rooftop Housing Group intends to demolish 38, 40, 42 and 44 Horsebridge Avenue, Badsey, Evesham, Worcestershire WR11 7XD. The reasons for the intended demolition are that the dwellings will be demolished to create an access to a new development to enable future homes to be built. The proposed demolition date is 1 August 2025.

The date when any final demolition notice or notices relating to the above premises will cease to be in force, unless extended or revoked under the Housing Act 1985 Schedule 5 paragraph 15, is 2 August 2025.

The preserved right to buy will not arise in respect of 38, 40, 42 and 44 Horsebridge Avenue, Badsey, Evesham, Worcestershire WR11 7XD.

There may be a right to compensation under the Housing Act 1985 Section 138C in respect of certain expenditure incurred in respect of any existing claim to exercise the right to buy.
