NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Siting of container storage (retrospective application)

at Hawley Kitchen Hawley Road Hawley (Application Reference: DA/23/00650/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan and affect the setting of a building listed as being of special architectural or historical interest.

2) Installation of roof plant including PV solar panels, solar thermal tubes, roof mounted heat pumps, condensers, thermal storage and plant room, replacement of pool water heat exchangers coupled with other efficiency upgrades to the pool water system within existing plant-room & associated works

at Fairfield Centre Lowfield Street Dartford  (Application Ref. No. DA/23/00743/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Installation of PV solar panels on new carport frames, complete with inverters and ancillary works

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

4) Full planning application for the change of use of the land for recreational equine uses and the erection of stables, tack room, workshop, storage sheds and a caravan (tearoom) (retrospective application) on land to the north of Martin Road and Edwin Road, Wilmington

at Land North Of Edwin Road Wilmington Kent (Application Ref. No. DA/23/00785/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

5) Application for Listed Building Consent for external paint work including to front sash windows from blue to white and to re-paint existing rendering in a neutral white colour.

at 25 West Hill Dartford Kent (Application Ref. DA/23/00772/LBC)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building
