NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 1 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

I give notice that Ramsdene Financial Ltd is applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for installation of a new shop front at 35 Corporation Street, Blackpool FY1 1EJ. This proposal is being publicised because it affects the Character of a Conservation Area Quote Ref: 23/0375.

I give notice that Austringer Capital Ltd is applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for External alterations to Unit 1 (the former Odeon building) including the installation of glazed shopfronts on the front elevation, replacement roller shutters and installation of canopy to rear following the demolition of an existing bin store and use of Unit 1 as altered as a self-storage unit (Class B8), 3no. food and drink units (Class E(b)) and 2no. flexible commercial/business units (Class E(c, e or f)), use of Unit 3 (the former Frankie and Bennys) as a drive thru (sui generis use), installation of a pedestrian access ramp off Rigby Road and alterations to the car parking layout at Festival Leisure Park, Rigby Road, Blackpool, FY1 5EP. I give notice that Cardtronics UK Ltd, trading as CASHZONE is applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for installation of an automated teller machine at 73 Topping Street, Blackpool FY1 3AF. This proposal is being publicised because it affects the Character of a Conservation Area Quote Ref: 23/0554.

I give notice that Mr Crouch is applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for the erection of 3, two storey buildings for use as light industrial/storage and offices within Use Class B8 and E (g) with associated parking, landscaping and access (Outline application for access, landscaping, layout and scale) at Plot 109, Amy Johnson Way, Blackpool, FY4 2RP. This proposal is being publicised because it constitutes a major development. Quote Ref: 22/0365.
