NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

COU/000627/23 - Conversion of existing Chapel into 3 no. apartments and associated development including car parking at Ebeneezer Chapel, Chapel Street, Trelawnyd. (This development affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area).

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (WALES)

REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED) REGULATION 18

On 30th June 2023 Flintshire County Council received an application for Planning Permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement to carry out the following development. Further information has now been submitted with respect to the Environmental Statement and can be viewed at the address below.

FUL/000633/23 - Construction and operation of the three Block Valve Stations (BVS) at Cornist Lane near Flint, Pentre Halkyn and land off Racecourse Lane, Babell, Flintshire in connection with the with HyNet Carbon Dioxide Pipeline proposal at land adjacent to Cornist Lane, Flint, Pentre Halkyn & Babell. (Application accompanied by an Environmental Statement).

A copy of the application, plans and other documents may be inspected by members of the public until 18th August 2023 on our website at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 22 IN THE COMMUNITY OF BUCKLEY

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which will prohibit any pedestrians from using Public Footpath No. 22 in the Community of Buckley from a point at NGR 327769 364686 for an approximate distance of 190 metres in a southerly direction to a point at NGR 327726 364519.

The reason for the closure for public protection whilst development work takes place as per planning permission ref 05822 and associated works by Medra Cyfyngedig.

It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 31 July 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter. The footpath closure is expected to last for a minimum of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of six months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 047035.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 BRETTON

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Bretton Lane between its junctions with A5104 Chester Road and Bretton Road, Bretton in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate sewer replacement with associated works by Morgan Sindall Construction Ltd on behalf of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.

The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.

The Order comes into force on the 31 July 2023. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 14 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 047037.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 HOPE

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Stryt Isa between its junctions with Pigoed House Lane and A5104 Chester Road, hope in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate stonework repairs with associated works by Sunbelt Rentals Limited on behalf of Network Rail. The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.

The Order comes into force on the 31 July 2023. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 6 days, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 047036.

(30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202-

The Flintshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all enabling powers, the effect of which will be:- a) To impose a speed limit of 30mph on the roads as specified in the Schedules to this notice.

SCHEDULE 1

30MPH Speed Limit MOLD

A541 HENDRE, MOLD: From a point 490 metres east of its junction with Dolfechlas Road with the A541, for a distance of 514 metres in an easterly direction.

A541 DENBIGH ROAD, MOLD: from a point 17 metres north west of the junction of Factory Pool Lane with the A541 for a distance of 335 metres in a south easterly direction.

SCHEDULE 2 30MPH Speed Limit CONNAHS QUAY

B5129 KELSTERTON ROAD: from the junction with the A548 roundabout, for a distance of 410 metres in an easterly direction.

SCHEDULE 3 30MPH Speed Limit GREENFIELD

B5121 GREENFIELD ROAD, GREENFIELD: from a point 18 metres north east of the junction of Level Mine Road with the B5121 for a distance of 770 metres in a north easterly direction.

ST DAVIDS PARK: from a point 39 metres north west of the junction of Wood Lane, to the junction of the B5125.

A5026 HOLWAY ROAD, HOLYWELL: from a point 680 metres North West of its junction with Saith Aelwyd Park to a point 52 metres north west of its junction with Carmel Road.

A5104 MOLD ROAD AND A55 WARREN INTERCHANGE: A5104 Mold Road Broughton, from a point 150 metres south west of its junction with the A55 (measured from the centre of the southerly roundabout, to a point 75 metres west of its junction with the Old Warren.

LESTERS LANE, BROUGHTON: From a point 175 metres from its junction with the A5104 for a distance of 72 metres in a southerly direction

B5129 CHESTER ROAD WEST: From its junction with the Queensferry Interchange Roundabout, for a distance of 32 metres in a northerly direction.

B5129 CHESTER ROAD EAST: From its junction with the Queensferry Interchange Roundabout, for a distance of 197 metres in an easterly direction. Including the Queensferry interchange roundabout.

30MPH Speed Limit BUCKLEY

B5127 LIVERPOOL ROAD: from a point 37 metres north of its junction with Rhuddlan Road, to a point 238 metres west of its junction with Old Liverpool Road.

WHITE FARM ROAD: its entire length.

A549 CHESTER ROAD, BUCKLEY: from a point 32 metres east of its junction with Forrest Walk to a point 80 metres east of Little Mountain Road.

B5128 CHURCH ROAD: from its junction with the A549, for a distance of 300 metres in a northerly direction.

DRURY LANE: from a point 62 metres from its junction with Lon Treftadaeth, to a point 47 metres west of Drury Lane Industrial Estate junction.

SCHEDULE 9

30MPH Speed Limit MYNYDD ISA

A549 MOLD ROAD, MYNYDD ISA: from the junction of the Wylfa roundabout for a distance of 345 metres in a north easterly direction.
