New window and door openings with replacement windows in both double-glazed timber frames and double glazed aluminium frames. External paving and landscaping works. New front driveway, gates and new opening onto highway. Internal refurbishment and renovation works.

structural repair works to gable and roof of the property, to include reroofng works. Removal of internal blockwork skin to property and 
replacement with structural studwork (retrospective).
