NOTICE PUBLISHED UNDER REGULATION 7(2) PROPOSED HOTEL (CLASS 7) WITH ASSOCIATED FACILITIES AND EXTERNAL LANDSCAPING/OPEN SPACE ON LAND AT KELVINHAUGH STREET, SANDYFORD STREET, EASTVALE PLACE, GLASGOW PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION BY THE PROSPECTIVE APPLICANT

SWG3 hereby give notice that it is proposed to submit a planning application in respect of the above development on land at Sandyford Street, Eastvale Place, Kelvinhaugh Street, Glasgow.

A second public consultation event will take place in the Acid Bar, SWG3, 100 Eastvale Place, Glasgow, G3 8QG on Thursday 3rd August 2023 between 3pm and 6pm.

This event is primarily about providing feedback regarding the views gathered during the pre-application consultation period. SWG3 will also make their pre application consultation information available online at www.swg3.tv. Comments can also be made via the project website or by writing to the agent acting for SWG3 as follows:

Comments on the proposals should be submitted by any of the above-mentioned means by Friday 1st September 2023.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
