Single storey front and side extension, single storey rear extension, first floor rear extension, conversion of garage to habitable space to include relocation of front entrance to replace garage door. Alterations to fenestration, external wall finish and patio area. Reason: Conservation Area,

23/0920/HSE/MBA & 23/0921/LBC/MBA: Cedar House, 73 Blanche Lane, South Minims, Potters Bar, EN6 3PA. Amendments to approved side extension (under applications reference 22/1630/HSE and 2271631/LBC). Minor internal alterations to openings and minor external alterations to paved areas. Reason: Green Belt, Listed Building within Conservation Area & application for Listed Building consent.

23/0969/HSE/MBA: 36 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EH. First and second floor rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.

23/1003/FUL/GO: Potters Bar Railway Station Car Park, Darkes Lane, Potters Bar. Redevelopment of existing site to provide residential development (Use Class C3) with commercial space at ground floor (Class E) with associated amenity space, car parking, cycle storage and landscaping. Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
