- Alterations to the existing house fenestration including raising the windowsill height to the existing rear elevation living room centre window; forming new French doors with side lights centred to the width of the second living room window opening retaining the existing sill height; replacing the existing living room side/rear door with a new window; and reusing this door to replace the modern glazed door to the side alley door. All new windows and new French doors to be carefully made to exactly match the proportions and joinery details of the existing house windows with slimline double-glazed units.

- Careful repair and maintenance work to the existing house timber windows.

- Remove existing dwarf edging wall and widen the existing driveway by 500mm pending feedback from the HGS Trust Arboriculturalist regarding protection of the existing magnolia tree root protection area; Remove existing tarmac to driveway and repave in stone setts with stone edging.

- Installation of new Conservation roof light 460mm x 610mm to the rear elevation roof slope. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area.

23/2818/HSE: 10 Dryfield Road Edgware HA8 9JP. Part single, part two storey side extension. Reason(s) for advertising: Development in a Conservation Area.

In some cases, the application must be considered by Committee, and members of the public have the opportunity to address that Committee, subject to certain rules. If you wish to speak, you should confirm this in your letter and you will be sent more details in due course.

Comments received will only be acknowledged on receipt of a stamped, self-addressed envelope or by email, if an email address is supplied. Any persons making comments in writing will be informed of the decision in due course.
