The following applications have been submitted for planning permission
and Notice is hereby given under:-

Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- NW/23/00305/FUL - Change to the roof covering on flatted blocks within Ecton conservation area at Sunnyside, West Street, Ecton.
NW/23/00380/FUL - Replace the outer double doors with a single door with a sidelight and an arched fan light. Design the door to meet 'secure by design standards' and incorporate an entry system for tenants and guests to enter the building at 9 Cannon Street, Wellingborough.
NW/23/00395/FUL - Proposed internal works to remove timber partition wall to Summer Lounge at 1 Church Lane, Wollaston, Wellingborough, NN29 7SJ.

1990:- NW/23/00396/LBC - Listed Building Consent for proposed internal works to remove timber partition wall to Summer Lounge at 1 Church Lane, Wollaston, Wellingborough, NN29 7SJ.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice Under Article 13 – Major Development:-
NW/23/00360/FUL - Development of battery energy storage system (BESS) with associated infrastructure including; access, drainage and landscaping at Grendon Lakes, Main Road, Grendon, Northampton, NN7 1JW.

The applications may be viewed on the website www.wellingborough.gov.uk until 08.08.2023
