Hysbysir Drwy Hyn bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 Drwy Hyn Yn Gorchymyn A Chyfarwyddo y dylid cadw at ddibenion y rheoliadau fel a ganlyn:  1.  Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 17eg Gorffennaf 2023 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd i’r gwaith cael ei gwblhau rhwng 17eg Gorffennaf a’r 19eg Gorffennaf 2023, gan weithio rhwng 08:00 a 17:00.  2.  Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu MJ Quinn i wneud gwaith newydd mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol/heolydd ar gau  3.  Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o Heol R84 o Heol T. Du i Dir Comin Nex, Y Glyn, Sir Fynwy.  4.  Roedd yna lwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: B4293, A466, B4235, Heol R84 o Hen Heol Trefynwy i Heol T. Du ac i’r gwrthwyneb.  5.  Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol R84 Road o Heol T. Du i Dir Comin Nex, Y Glyn, Sir Fynwy, 2023.  6.  Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.  Dyddiad: 17eg Gorffennaf 2023  Mark Hand Pennaeth Creu Lleoedd, Tai, Priffyrdd, Llifogydd a Chynllunio Cyngor Sir Fynwy Blwch Post 106 Cil-y-coed Sir Fynwy NP26 9AN  Atodlen Heol R84 Road o Heol T. Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2023
Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 do HEREBY ORDER AND DIRECT that for the purpose of the following regulations shall be observed: 
1.  The Order came into operation on the 17th July 2023 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 17th July and 19th July 2023, operating between 08:00 – 17:00.  2.  The order was necessary for MJ Quinn works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.  3.  The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of R84 Road From Ty Du Road to Nex Common, The Glyn, Monmouthshire.  4.  A signed diversionary route is in place as follows:- B4293, A466, B4235, R84 Road from Old Monmouth Road to Ty Du Road and vice versa.  5.  This order may be cited as the  R84 Road From Ty Du Road to Nex Common, The Glyn, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023  6.  By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.  Dated: 17th July 2023  Mark Hand Head of Placemaking, Housing, Highways, Flooding and Planning Monmouthshire County Council PO Box 106 Caldicot Monmouthshire NP26 9AN
