What is planned?
Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 (2A) Disposal of Open Space Land
Notice is given that Erewash Borough Council intends to dispose of:- 1 parcel of land comprising of 0.25 acres of open space situated East of 2B Kenilworth Drive and 20 Ladywood Road, Kirk Hallam, Ilkeston.
Plans showing the areas of land are available for public inspection during opening hours at both Ilkeston Town Hall and Long Eaton Civic Centre
Letters of support or objection to the intended disposal must be made in writing, addressed to the: Property and Facilities Manager, Erewash Borough Council, Town Hall, Wharncliffe Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire, DE7 5RP or via email to propertyandestates@erewash.gov.uk to arrive no later than Friday 28th June 2023.
