Application Type: Full Planning Permission
Proposal: Change of Use from vacant (c3a) Residential property to (Sui Genesis) Micropub and external alterations to the building.
Location: 39 Main Street Palterton Chesterfield S44 6UJ
Applicant: Mr Adam Taylor
The proposed development affects the setting of a listed building, and/or the character or appearance of a conservation area.
