What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Erection of single storey extension to rear following the
demolition of an existing conservatory at
4 Highfield Cottages Main Street Everingham YO42 4JG
(Ref: 23/01624/PLF)
b) Erection of an open sided timber framed shelter to rear
and erection of three lighting posts and festoon lighting at
Griffin Inn 74 Market Place Market Weighton YO43 3AW
(Ref: 23/01551/PLF)
c) Change of use of land for the siting of three holiday
lodges with associated landscaping, erection of a staff/
office building and increase size of pond (Revised Scheme
of 22/01976/PLF) at land north east of The Reas
York Road Barmby Moor (Ref: 23/01542/PLF)
Proposals (a,b) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a major development.

respect of the proposal these must be received by
19 July 2023.

enable you to view the application. A member of the library
