We give notice that we have received the following applications:-

DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

HS/FA/23/00296 95 & 96 All Saints Street, Hastings. Proposed enlarged window at second floor in communal hallway on front elevation to comply with building regulations
HS/FA/23/00362 VIVE, Havelock Road, Hastings. Roof extension to provide 2 additional flats(C1) on level 7, the conversion of the basement into a spa/gym and the creation of a bar/restaurant at level 2 and a bar at level 0 and installation of a solar array on the roof of Level 6, (includes renewable energy).

AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS

HS/FA/23/00112 St Matthews Church Centre, London Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Proposed alterations and improvements to St Matthews Church Centre. Proposed Amendment: Amended plans with changes to proposed windows and entrance door

Applications can be viewed online at www.hastings.gov.uk/planning. Comments about applications can be made online or sent to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period. Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
