PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Erection of a single storey lean-to extension with roof
lights to side following removal of existing lean-to
extension, construction of balcony at first floor level
to rear, erection of a timber carport, installation of
photovoltaic panels, relocation of oil tank, replace existing
gate and fence, construction of new vehicle access and
minor internal and external alterations at Field House

b) Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed installation of
ground mounted solar array with associated underground
cabling; installation of four CCTV cameras, erection of
fencing and temporary construction compound, at
Waste Water Treatment Works Kingsgate Bridlington
(Ref: 23/01362/CLP)
Proposal (a) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects a public right of way.
