Public Bridleway Diversion Order 2023
Bridleway 510 (Part) Whittington, Worcestershire
The above Order was made on 7 June 2023
The effect of the Order will be to DIVERT the following bridleway namely:
That length and the whole width of Bridleway 510 (part) that commences at Point A (OS map reference 388271 253583) and runs across open land in a south-westerly direction for approximately 66 metres to Point B (OS map reference 388288 253533) and continues in a south-south-westerly for approximately 76 metres to Point C (OS map reference 388212 253459) where it continues as Bridleway 510.
Such bridleway is shown by a solid black line on the Order Plan and being approximately 142 metres in length
AND CREATE a new bridleway that commences as Bridleway 510 at Point A (OS Map reference 388271 253583) which will then cross open land in a south-south-westerly direction for approximately 112 metres to Point D (OS Map reference 388242 253475) from where it continues west-south westerly for approximately 34 metres to Point C (OS Map reference 388212 253459) where it continues as Bridleway 510, as shown on the Order Plan
Such bridleway is shown by solid black dashes on the Order Plan and shall be 5 metres in width with a central path of 3 metres and a clear verge of one metre on either side, nominally level in its cross axis, and will be approximately 146 metres in length
A copy of the Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to The Director of Legal and Governance, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, WR10 1PT (ref. Legal/PMH/FP1.66) not later than 17 July 2023. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wychavon District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
