TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

23/0664/FUL/JPA: Barracuda, 39 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. First and second floor rear extension above existing ground Soor restaurant. Reason: Conservation Area.

23/0696YFUL/GO: Laurel Cottage, New Road, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8ED. Demolition of existing dwelling, construction of replacement two storey, detached, 3-bed dwelling with associated landscaping works to include new brick front boundary wall, amenity space and bin store enclosure. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

23/0669/FUL/AKA: Hartsbourne Primary School, Hartsbourne Road, Bushey, Heath, Bushey, WD23 1SJ. Installation of single storey modular unit and associated play area with associated landscaping works. Reason: Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at wwwJiertsmere.gov.uk/plannuig, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
