P0622.23, 363A FRONT LANE UPMINSTER, Demolition of existing 2 dwellings and erection of 3 x 3 storey detached, 4-bed dwellings with habitable roof space including garages with 2 x additional vehicular crossovers and associated parking and amenities

This is a major development because it involves development carried out on a site having an area of 1 hectare or more.

Replacement of existing roof and canopy over front door, removal of chimney stack, and alterations to fenestration. Hardstanding to front and associated landscaping. The development is in a Conservation Area.
P0780.23, Bower House, Amana Trust, Orange Tree Hill, Havering-atte-bo Romford, Conversion and Refurbishment of existing buildings to provide I x 10-bed, 1 x 5-bed, 1 x 3-bed, and 8 x 1-bed residential accommodations for conference and training centre use, demolition of some buildings and the erection of two new buildings alongside associated access, parking and landscaping and change of use of site to use class C2.

(2 x three storey, 6 bed, detached dwellings with associated parking and amenity space, involving demolition of existing dwelling including outbuilding to the rear of each property) The development relates to a Listed Building.
P0817.23, Ockendon Boarding Kennels, Ockendon Road Upminster, two new entrances to former greyhound racing track and land adjacent Greyhound Groove via Ockendon Road.
The application is contrary to the Metropolitan Green Belt Policies of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Documents.

P0829.23, Freightmaster Estate, Coldharbour Lane Rainham, Variation of Condition No 1 of Planning Permission ref P2438.21 dated 16/12/2022 to substitute the Energy Assessment, Drainage Strategy Drawings, and Cycle Shelter Drawing. (Application for reserved matters seeking approval of access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale in respect of Phase 1 of the site pursuant to Condition 1 of Outline Planning Permission Reference P1904.18 dated 16 March 2020 for the demolition of all existing buildings (13.21 Hectares) and redevelopment to provide up to 43,000sqm (GIA) of commercial floor space for Use Classes B1 /B2/B8, enhancements to strategic landscaping fronting the Thames foot/cycle path and associated landscaping.
