Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal): 

TWC/2023/0391 – Egremont House, 4 High Street, Edgmond – Variation of condition 2 (materials) on planning permission TWC/2015/0481 (Demolition of existing lean to and erection of a replacement porch, alterations to existing garage roof and replacement of garage doors, conversion of existing outbuilding to store room, associated Internal alterations and installation of a biomass boiler and associated flue and pellet store (Full Planning)) to allow for change of materials to the garage eaves

TWC/2023/0407 – 6 St Lukes Road, Ironbridge – Erection of decking, railings and steps to the front of the property (Retrospective) TWC/2023/0408 – Land between, Castle Farm Way and A5 (Phase 1), Priorslee – Variation of condition 8 (deposited plans) on planning permission TWC/2019/0864 (Reserved matters application for the erection of 455no. dwellings, associated infrastructure and public open space including details for appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline application  TWC/2014/0980) to allow for redesigned access to the NEAP (Neighbourhood Equipped Area for Play) and its associated car parking

TWC/2023/0410 – Former Woodside Social Club & land adjacent, Woodside Avenue, Woodside – Removal of condition 5 (sewer agreement with Severn Trent Water) and variation of condition 25 (deposited plans) of planning application TWC/2022/0573 (Erection of 33 no. unit care home with associated access, car parking and landscaping) to amend the location of the sewer

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@ telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 6 July 2023 (18 days for public service infrastructure development or 14 days for Permission In Principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
