Application 22/02830/STREM (Erection of 380 dwellings
with associated access, parking and infrastructure
following outline application 18/04097/STOUT
(all matters to be considered) to allow changes to roof
types from gable to hipped on various plots/house types
at land north and east of Mayfields The Balk Pocklington
(Ref: 23/01409/STVAR)

Plan of the area.
