What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin 

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. (format: Application number - Site location - Proposal):

TWC/2023/0367 – Ellerdine Grange Farm, Ellerdine – Erection of 2no barn egg laying units (24,000 birds per unit) including all associated works 

TWC/2023/0377 & TWC/2023/0378 – All Saints Church, Church Street, Wellington – Installation of 2no. external ground mounted lights and 4no. external lights to underside of dome to the Lych Gate (Full Planning & Listed Building Applications) 

TWC/2023/0380 – The Potteries, Waters Upton Hall, Waters Upton – Conversion of garden store to residential annexe (Full Planning Application) (Retrospective) TWC/2023/0381 – The Potteries, Waters Upton Hall, Waters Upton – Internal works including proposed new staircase (Listed Building Application) (Retrospective)

TWC/2023/0386 – The Grove, Shrewsbury Road, High Ercall – Erection of a single storey rear extension 

The above application(s) can be viewed on planning online at https:// secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@ telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 29 June 2023 (18 days for public service infrastructure development or 14 days for Permission In Principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication. If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
