BANKS ROAD, POOLE, DORSET
NOTICE is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of open space land at Sandbanks Beach, Poole, Dorset by way of a lease to Rockwater South Coast Ltd. The land, located on the beach, adjacent to the promenade, will be used for temporary timber decking as a seating area ancillary to Sandbanks Cafe and Kiosks. The length of the lease granted will be in line with the consent given by the Local Planning Authority via the planning application APP/22/00740/F, but no longer than 5 years. Granting of the lease will be conditional on the grant of full planning permission. The area of land to be included in the lease can be viewed on the Council's website at https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/News/News-hub.aspx where further details can be found. Any comments regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Council's Director of Economic Development, Development Services, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 6DY, or by email (quoting the subject 'Sandbanks Decking') to estates@bcpcouncil.gov.uk by 8 June 2023.
