SEDGEMOOR DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made: Application No. 39/23/00002: Moxhill Farm, Combwich Road, Cannington, Bridgwater TA5 2PN. Erection of single storey extension to the East elevation with formation of new driveway. This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application). For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the above applications should do so in writing by 30/05/2023, quoting the application number. Please always include your postal address in order for your comments to be recorded.
