Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: 21/00992/FUL Coop, 9 Upper High Street, Epsom
Decorate all shop front window frames and doors in Traffic Grey B
RAL 7043.
New steel door to shop front.
New resin flooring to entrance lobby.
New cladding panels for pilasters and entrance reveals.
New plant to replace existing to side and rear of store on level
New palisade fence and gate to form new plant compound to match existing.
New external LED lighting to replace existing.
New external cold room with new openings in external wall.
Level of yard to be raised to be same level as back of house area.
New brickwork extension to side of store.
