Proposal: Outline planning application for the demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with 6 new four and five bedroom dwellings and 2 two bedroom First Homes (Access and Layout only).

SUNDRIDGE PARK LAWN TENNIS & SQUASH RACKETS CLUB LAWN CLOSE BROMLEY BR1 3NA - (23/00775)

Applicant: Padel Tech Ltd

Proposal: Formation of 1 no. additional padel tennis court (artificial surface) adjacent to existing, with enclosure and 4 no. LED floodlights (6m high).

The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
