NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development at: The Highway Business Park and The Highway Trading Centre, Heckford Street, London, E1W 3HR

We give notice that SEGRO (Wapping) Limited is applying to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets for planning permission for the "Demolition of the existing buildings, structures and associated hardstanding, and the redevelopment of the Site to provide flexible industrial floorspace (Use Class E(g)(ii)/E(g)(iii)/B2/B8), with ancillary offices, central yard space and other associated and enabling works."

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application; should write to: Planning and Building Control, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ within 21 days beginning with the publication of this notice (6th April 2023)

*'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

**'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
