LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A)
LAND at Bournemouth Promenade, Undercliff drive, Bournemouth BH2 5AA.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of an area of the beach, by granting a new lease to enable a seasonal dining area on the sand, adjacent to West Beach Restaurant.
Any representations or objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to Nick Maguire, Commercial Operations, BCP Council, Beach Office, Undercliff drive, Bournemouth BH2 5AA or by email to seafront. admin@bcpcouncil.gov.uk (quoting Land at Bournemouth Promenade) (31/03/2023).
