Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from ATS Mini Skips Ltd for Change of use of existing commercial building and yard to a waste transfer station and construction of retaining bays. at Oyster Haven Business Park, Haven Road, Colchester, Essex, CO2 8HT - ESS/26/23/COL Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk. Consultation on this application is open until 22 April 2023. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at https://planning.essex.gov.uk via email to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk; or in writing to the undersigned by 22 April 2023.
