Planning Notice

NYM/2023/0103: Mrs Margaret Mary Fountain, Town Pasture Farm, Lavender Lane, Boltby, variation of condition 2 (material amendment) to planning approval NYM/2022/0231 to allow the installation of solar panels. The application site is considered to affect the character or appearance of Boltby Conservation Area.

NYM/2023/0118 and NYM/2023/0119: Henry Stamp, Methodist Church, Chop Gate, planning approval and Listed Building consent for alterations to enable conversion of former Methodist Chapel to local occupancy dwelling (revised scheme to planning approval NYM/2018/0448/FL) (part retrospective) and (revised scheme to Listed Building consents NYM/2018/0449/LB and NYM/2021/0708/LB). The building concerned is a Listed Building.

NYM/2023/0135: Mr Charles Leonard, Pease Court, Guisborough, Listed Building consent for alterations including two rooflights, removal/relocation of two stall dividers and enlargement of an opening in one internal wall to former stables to facilitate use as open market dwelling. The application site is considered to affect the character or appearance of Hutton Lowcross Conservation Area. The building concerned is a Listed Building.

NYM/2023/0147: Mexborough Estates, access off B1257 to Low and High Crookleith Farm, Chop Gate, creation of vehicular farm access in a revised location following closing off the existing access. The proposed development is considered to affect a Public Right of Way.
