Notice under regulation 7(2)(b)

Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposal seeking detailed planning permission for a RAS (recirculated aquaculture system) complex to include all buildings, access roads, parking, landscaping and other required infrastructure on land at Hunterston Construction Yard, Hunterston, North Ayrshire, KA23 9QX.

You are invited to a staffed public exhibition on Thursday 30th March 2023 (between 12noon and 8pm) at West Kilbride Village Hall, 1 Arthur Street, West Kilbride KA23 9EN.

In addition we will also be hosting the public exhibition online, which can be accessed from the following webpage

The online public exhibition webpage will be accessible from the 1st March to 6th April 2023 and any comments / questions can be made both online on the webpages and via email. All comments to be submitted by the 13th April 2023.

It should also be noted that at the aforementioned staffed public exhibition feedback will be given to comments received as a result of the ongoing public consultation process in relation to the proposals.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 13th April 2023 to advice@mcinally-associates.co.uk

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to North Ayrshire Council. Any representations made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to North Ayrshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
