TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire and Humber) (No.8) Order 2023" authorising the stopping up of two part widths of Fagley Road, at Bradford in the Metropolitan District of Bradford. This is to enable development as permitted by Bradford Metropolitan District Council under reference 17/05678/MAF.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/5261). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Eccleshill Post Office, 119 Harrogate Road, Eccleshill, Bradford, BD2 3ES.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 17 March 2023.
