I give notice that OPES (2013) Limited, Finmere Quarry and Landfill Site, Banbury Road, Finmere, Oxfordshire, MK18 4AJ is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Retrospective application for the retention of the current concrete batching plant and processing of remaining site derived sand and gravel, including improvements to the existing processing plant and the proposed processing of imported inert waste to create a secondary aggregate for use with primary aggregate in the concrete batching plant for a temporary period linked to the life of the approved landfill site until 6 January 2028 (planning consent MW.0004/17) at Finmere Quarry and Landfill Site, Banbury Road, Finmere, MK18 4AJ.
