I give notice that: Mr A Bhayat is applying to Preston City Council for the following planning permission: Outbuilding to rear, installation of 4no. Velux roof lights to dwelling and solar panels to outbuilding

As this is a household application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
