W/23/00430/HP Hindlip ASLB Erection of single storey link extension, closure of existing vehicular access, erection of new front boundary wall/railings to match existing and new soft landscaping. Court Farm Hindlip Lane Hindlip Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009. Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
